The LeaderShift© Practicum, led by Janice Calnan and Lee Wallace, fosters excellent communication and effective working relationships among the key people across different levels in a department or directorate. Change in the way the unit operates becomes sustainable and repeatable across the department and even the whole organization. This is not a one-size-fits-all package. Participants co-create the program, with the facilitators, to suit their specific needs.
Facilitated sessions occur once a month. The focus for the rest of the month is on the application of the new learning acquired in the group sessions, supported by individual coaching. Formal and informal leaders from one division or department, along with key team members, learn together by working on a real work/organizational assignment to create the change they want. Change then becomes sustainable and repeatable throughout their division by the participants themselves, regardless of their titles.
