They don’t know themselves well enough yet, and they haven’t created the list of key criteria (what is most important to them) that they will need to make important decisions. What is Career Focusing?

Career Focusing™ is a concentrated process of digging below the surface of your interests to discover what really gives you satisfaction, energy and joy. The process usually lasts 5-6 hours over two sessions. The work will enable you to…

• Create your “Focus Statement” (what you love to do) that becomes your compass for all career decisions;
• Relate your Focus Statement to suitable kinds of work;
• Discover your temperament type and use it to identify work activities that will enable you to operate at your best and work environments that will allow you to thrive;
• Apply your key criteria to evaluate your career possibilities; and
• Start planning how to create or find the work that suits you best, in your current job or a new one.

There is a half-hour follow-up telephone call (at no charge) to help you move forward with your plan.
